BUSINESS SUBJECT MATTER SPECIALIST

WASHINGTON, DC

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor adherence to project plans and quality standards while identifying and remedying problems.
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and future implementation.
  • Perform lessons learned at the end of each milestone to evaluate strengths and weakness to team performance and strategic ways to streamline and improve processes.
  • Strategically manage and align IT systems, infrastructure, and business functions.
  • Produce project status reports to brief government Division Directors.
  • Produce budget forecast and capture actual budget expenditures.
  • Collaborate with the Budget Execution office and execution funding requisitions.

Qualifications:

  • Must have over 5+ years of experience in Government Contracting and at least 3 years of experience with the Department of State.
  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Must shall have IMATRIX, FITARA and TBM (Total Business Management) Training.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance, Top Secret is preferred.

TEST ENGINEER

WASHINGTON, DC

Responsibilities:

  • Provides test automation support for complex to highly complex software applications or IT systems
  • Participates in setting up, configuring, and testing virtualization solutions
  • Responsible for maintaining, setting-up and configure software test environments
  • Designs and implements system test and regression plans, test cases, and automated test scripts
  • Provides daily test status and defect summary by using a formal bug tracking system and interface with the development team to help resolve bugs/issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years experience with Agile and/or waterfall test process, defect cycle, SQL and test automation
  • 2+ years of experience with TestComplete or Selenium is preferred. This requirement could be replaced by 1-2 years of software development (coding) experience.
  • Experience implementing, designing, planning, and conducting comprehensive release and regression test.
  • Certificate in Quality Assurance or Software Testing a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for development of System Requirements, System Design documents, and User Acceptance documentations.
  • Will produce IT user Training Manuals to support overseas Deployment.
  • May include foreign travel to provide live interactive training on IT systems and hardware usage.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of Agile Foundational Processes & Practices
• Coach & Mentor Agile Program and Project teams on key agile principles including team ownership, commitment, self-organization, effective user stories, agile estimation, transparency
• Coach and mentor Agile teams on key agile Scrum-related roles, activities, and events including project planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, sprint and release planning, and demos
• Coach Product Owners on backlog grooming techniques, activities and assure strategy and execution alignment

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in user-centered design practices, expert interaction design skills, and an ability to use the tools-of-the-trade to communicate design concepts, ideas, and rationale to your collaborators.
  • Sharp design sensibilities, critical thinking, and an eye for detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, ability to focus development effort in accordance with UX concepts.
  • Experience across the software product development lifecycle, and a track record of successful launches.
  • A broad awareness of trends in technology, media & design.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • 5+ yrs professional experience as a user experience designer.
